Shipping and Taxes
All watches are shipped from Singapore via DHL Express or FedEx, fully insured at full declared value and tracked, packed discreetly and securely. We dispatch within 3 business days of cleared payment.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the price and vary by destination, so please check your local rules before buying.
One specific note for buyers importing into the United States: there are restrictions on shipping Rolex and other high-end watches into the US from abroad. Please make sure you understand your position before committing.

Every watch we sell is one of a kind, and every sale begins with a conversation. Because of this, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to ask us anything, and to view a piece in person where possible, before you commit.
