This website is operated by VINEO (“the Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a vintage watch dealer based in Singapore. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to VINEO. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the Site or use any Service.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our Site. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright and import/export laws). You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Service.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (excluding payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND VINTAGE CONDITION
Our products are vintage and pre-owned watches. By their nature, these items show age, wear, and individual characteristics. We make every effort to describe each watch accurately — including its condition, service history (where known), and any faults — and to photograph it faithfully. However, descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and are not exhaustive warranties as to condition.
• Each watch is a unique, one-of-a-kind item; once sold, it cannot be replaced with an identical piece;
• We have made every effort to display colours and images as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate;
• Measurements, dates of manufacture, and reference details are approximate and based on available information and reasonable expertise;
• Vintage watches are mechanical objects and may require servicing. Unless stated otherwise, timekeeping accuracy and water resistance are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the authenticity of every watch we sell. Each item is inspected and assessed for authenticity before listing.
• We guarantee that each watch is authentic as described in its listing (for example, genuine to the stated brand), unless a piece is expressly described as a replica, homage, or “marriage” / parts-assembled watch;
• Where components have been replaced during the watch's life (for example, service parts, crystals, crowns, or straps), we will disclose this in the listing to the best of our knowledge. Vintage watches commonly contain some non-original service parts, and this does not affect their authenticity as genuine timepieces unless otherwise stated;
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for our products are displayed in Singapore Dollars (S$), Euros (€), and US Dollars ($), and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
For international orders, prices shown may exclude taxes, customs duties, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer (see Shipping and International Orders below).
SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship both within Singapore and internationally.
• Watches are shipped via FEDEX Priority or DHL Express, and typically dispatched within 3 business days of cleared payment;
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs;
• For international shipments, the buyer assumes all responsibility for any and all duties, taxes, tariffs or customs due. The buyer takes all responsibility for shipping in the event of a customs issue or return. Payments are to be made in U.S. Dollars or Euros.
• Risk of loss passes [choose: on delivery / on hand-off to carrier]. We recommend insured, tracked shipping for all high-value items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every watch we sell is one of a kind, and every sale begins with a conversation. Because of this, we do not accept returns based on a change of mind or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to ask us anything, and to view a piece in person where possible, before you commit.
In the rare event that a return claim is undisputed, we will work with you to resolve it fairly. Where we accept a return, we conduct a thorough inspection of the watch and any accompanying straps and accessories on receiving it. A refund is issued to the original payment method only after the item has been received back into our possession and inspected, and provided it is returned in the exact same condition in which it was sold, unworn beyond inspection and not altered, serviced, engraved, or damaged after delivery.
The buyer assumes all risk in returning an item, including loss or damage in transit, and we strongly recommend returning any item fully insured and tracked. International buyers assume additional risk: in particular, there are restrictions on shipping Rolex and other high-end watches into the United States from foreign countries, and the buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees potentially incurred on a return.
None of the above affects your non-excludable rights. Separately from this policy, you retain any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore — for example, in respect of goods that do not conform to their description or are not of satisfactory quality — and, where applicable, the consumer protection laws of your own country. Our transport-damage reporting terms and our Functional Guarantee also continue to apply.
FUNCTIONAL GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Every watch we sell comes with a 6-month functional guarantee: we guarantee that it keeps time within the tolerances stated in its listing, from the date of delivery. This guarantee is limited, and the following are expressly excluded unless we state otherwise in the individual listing:
• Timekeeping accuracy beyond the tolerance stated for the piece (vintage mechanical movements naturally vary);
• Water resistance of any kind — vintage watches should be assumed not to be water-resistant unless a listing expressly confirms otherwise;
• Wear to the strap, bracelet, or clasp;
• Ordinary signs of age and use, such as scratches or marks to the case, crystal, dial, or bracelet.
The functional guarantee also does not cover faults arising from improper handling, accidental damage, moisture, magnetism, or misuse by the buyer or any third party after delivery.
The guarantee is void if any person other than VINEO or a watchmaker authorised by us opens, adjusts, services, or attempts to repair the watch, or if any markings, stickers, or other identifiers we use to identify the watch are removed.
AVAILABILITY AND PROCUREMENT
Because we deal in one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, and because we may agree to source a specific watch for you, there is a small risk that a piece becomes unavailable or cannot be obtained despite our reasonable efforts. If, through no fault of our own, we are unable to supply a watch after an inquiry or agreement, we will inform you promptly and refund in full any amount you have already paid for that piece. We do not assume any procurement risk beyond this refund, and this is your sole remedy in such a case.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Certain content, products, and Services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this Site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of, and do not warrant and will not have any liability for, any third-party materials or websites. Please review the third party's policies and practices carefully before you engage in any transaction.
PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Except as expressly stated by us, and except for our Authenticity Guarantee and any non-excludable statutory rights, the products delivered to you are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall VINEO, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, or service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the Service or any product procured using the Service. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VINEO and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms; such determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
